At Nook N Corners (Deconook N Corners Private Limited), we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, we understand that in rare cases a return may be necessary. Our return policy is designed to ensure a smooth and fair process for all parties.

 

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • A complete unboxing video is provided, clearly showing the product, packaging, and the issue

  • The product is returned unused, in its original packaging, with all included materials

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Custom or made-to-order products without valid issue

  • Issues reported after 24 hours of delivery

All return approvals are subject to inspection and company discretion.

 

 

2. Product Categories Covered

This policy applies to both:

  • Ready-to-Ship products

  • Made-to-Order / Customized items
     However, made-to-order items are generally not eligible unless a valid issue is found upon delivery.

 

3. How to Initiate a Return

Return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery through one of the following methods:

Please include:

  • Order ID

  • Unboxing video and product photos

  • Clear description of the issue

 

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost

  • Items must be securely packed and returned using a trackable shipping method

 

5. Return Process

Once your return is approved:

  • The product must be shipped back to us within 5 business days

  • Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a:

    • Store credit

    • Replacement (if available and requested)

    • Refund (in applicable cases, minus non-refundable charges)

 

6. International Returns

Returns are also accepted for international orders under the same conditions.
 Please note:

  • Return shipping and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer
