Breakage Policy

At Nook N Corners (Deconook N Corners Private Limited), we take extensive care to package our products securely. However, in the rare event of breakage during transit, we offer limited protection subject to the conditions below.

 


 

1. Reporting a Breakage

To be eligible for resolution, any breakage must be reported:

  • Within 24 hours of delivery

  • With a complete unboxing video showing:

    • The unopened package

    • The full unwrapping process

    • The damage in clear view

  • Along with photos of the damaged product and packaging

Without this documentation, we are unable to process a breakage claim.

 


 

2. Resolution Options

Once the breakage is verified and approved, we may offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the same product

  • Repair service (where applicable)

  • Store credit

  • Partial or full refund (at company’s discretion)

All resolutions are subject to product availability and nature of damage.

 


 

3. Exclusions

Breakage claims will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Installation-related damage

  • Damage caused after delivery (e.g., handling, storage issues)

  • Products purchased under clearance or promotional terms (unless explicitly stated)

 


 

4. Return & Re-delivery Costs

If a product needs to be returned to us for inspection or replacement:

  • The customer bears the cost of return shipping and re-delivery, unless otherwise specified

 


 

5. International Orders

Our breakage protection extends to international shipments, subject to the same conditions.
Customs delays or damage due to handling by foreign delivery partners is not covered unless breakage is clearly visible in the unboxing video.
